if at the end of the Priority Contract you sell your real estate with an higher amount or equal to that envisaged in the Priority Contract of origin and a time equivalent to the term of that contract, an allowance* will be paid to you by the insurer.
**This allowance is fixed according to the selling price of the real estate including commissions or fees of negotiation such as defined in the Priority Contract: 1000 euros for a property whose selling price is lower or equal to 100.000 Euros.
This offer is the subject of a contract of insurance which guarantees the loss of income of placement undergone by the owner of the real estate put on sale under the Priority Contract (exclusive mandate) entrusted to your agency Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier.
